Olivia Reposa is a trailblazing leader in the anti-human trafficking field with over a decade of lived experience and six years of professional expertise. As the Housing Director and CFO at Survivor Ventures and the CEO of the Surviving Change Foundation, Olivia is deeply committed to advocating for survivors of human trafficking and providing direct services to support their recovery and empowerment.
A staunch advocate for systemic change, Olivia made history as the first human trafficking survivor in Virginia to receive vacatur under groundbreaking legislation passed in 2021. Drawing on her personal journey and professional insights, she is dedicated to equipping law enforcement and government agencies with trauma-informed training to enhance their understanding and response to human trafficking.
