Advocate Member

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Membership becomes active upon meeting with an executive member and processing of fee. Membership level annual fees support survivor consultation services, public awareness campaigns, and basic VCAHT administrative and communication needs. If you're a survivor in need of a fee waiver, an executive member will touch base with you.

VCAHT wants survivors to be front and center in leadership and guiding the mission of VCAHT. If survivors are unable to become members due to financial reasons, they may fill out the financial waiver request provided in the application process.
